Step-By-Step Instructions
Login to your RefReps Instructor portal (https://learn.refreps.com/login)
“Manage Learners” is the second icon on the lefthand side
.Within “Manage Learners” you will be able to:
View Active Learner Roster
Add/Invite learners
Clicking “Add/Invite Learner” will display four options. We recommend using Custom
Assign Multiple Learners
- The “Assigning Multiple Learners” button allows you to mass assign to multiple courses
Access Learner Actions
- Assign/Unassign Courses
- Assign courses to individuals
- Reports
- Organization-wide progress statistics for every course and every learner
- Certificates
- Access completion certificates for your learners
- Access completion certificates for your learners
- Archive
- Archived learners are stored under the Archived filter and can be unarchived if needed - Archived accounts are not permanently removed from your RefReps organization
- Delete
- Similar to archiving learners but they are permanently removed from your RefReps organization
- Assign/Unassign Courses
Note: If a learner has a
displaying, the material can be removed and the seats are still able to be reapplied to your instructor portal. If a learner has a
displaying, then the material cannot be removed from the learners account and the seat has been consumed, as the learner passed the first modules worth of material.
Tips and Tricks
This is Where the Magic Happens!
The majority of your time as an instructor will be spent in the Manage Learners tab! From Manage Learners you'll invite your learners, assign their content courses, review their progress, and more. RefReps recommends diving into your "Manage Learners" tab and learn all there is available to you as the instructor, as we have added many feature to help make the instruction of our RefReps courses even easier than before.
