Step-By-Step Instructions

  • Login to your RefReps Instructor portal (https://learn.refreps.com/login)

  • “Manage Learners” is the second icon on the lefthand side.

  • Within “Manage Learners” you will be able to: 

- View Active Learner Roster 

- Add/Invite learners

  • Clicking “Add/Invite Learner” will display four options. We recommend using Custom Link.

- Assign Multiple Learners

  • “Assigning Multiple Learners” allows you to mass assign to multiple courses.

- Access Learner Actions

 

  • Assign/Unassign Courses
  • Reports
  • Archive
    • Archived learners can be “Unarchived” and will be added back to your active roster.
  • Delete
    • Learners who get deleted will be permanently removed from your roster. 


Note: If a learner has a displaying, the material can be removed and the seats are still able to be reapplied to your instructor portal. If a learner has a displaying, then the material cannot be removed from the learners account and the seat has been consumed, as the learner passed the first modules worth of material.
