How to Add Learners

Step-By-Step Instructions

  1. Login to your RefReps Instructor portal (https://learn.refreps.com/login)

  2. Click on the “Manage Learners” icon, on the far left-hand side. 

  3. Once in “Manage Learners”, navigate to the middle and click “Add/Invite Learner”

    • Click either the QR code to display on your classroom board for learners to scan with their phones camera. 

    • Or click the custom link to copy and paste into an email/text to individuals. (Template Below) 

  4. Either option will prompt individuals to A) create an account or B) login to an existing RefReps account.

  5. Upon completion, learners will be added to your learner roster.

  6. Next step… Assign learners a Course!

1. Select Enrollment Link above

2. Either A) Create an account or B) Login if you already have a RefReps account 

3. Once step 2. is complete you will automatically be enrolled into my Learner Roster

4. Await to be assigned your course material by me, your instructor


NOTE: To help get your course assigned as fast as possible, please email your instructor, that you have enrolled by following the steps provided above and that you wish to be assigned your course material!


Once you have been assigned the course, you will be able to jump in and start.
