Navigating and Reading Reports (Gradebook)

Step-By-Step Instructions


    1. Login to your RefReps Instructor portal (https://learn.refreps.com/login)

    2. Access reports via two options: 

  • Option 1: Click “Manage Learners” on the lefthand side. 

    • Navigate to the individual who you would like to view reports for. 

    • Click the second icon within the learners actions. 

  • Option 2: Click the “Reports” button on the lefthand side toward the bottom. 

    • Filter by course.


    3. Select "Filter by Course" to select the course material you would like to view reports for.

    4. Two tabs at the top are "Course Insights” which is a brief overview of your learners progress         

    5. Second tab is the "Gradebook" where you can see everyone's scores 

    6. You can filter to view learners scores by Highest Score, Average Quiz Score, and First Score Attempted


Note:

  • Scores are listed as follows; per learner, per end of module quiz completion and include their overall score at the end of their row.

  • The introductory module does not have a quiz and does not count toward the learners overall score.

  • If you see a score for one module, that means that the leaner has completed that module and is ready to proceed onto the next module.

Ways Instructors Utilize Reports


The RefReps Reports functionality can be utilized in numerous ways to help strengthen instructor's insight to the learner's officiating education process. Below we have provided a list of different ways hundreds of instructors across the nation have utilized the Reports functionality in their instructing role.


  1. Instructors have used their reports to help with the following:
    1. Keep an eye on learners progress through the course
    2. Provide insight to where struggle points or points of ease are within the course for your learner(s)
    3. Verifying if a learner is being truthful about passing a quiz or the quiz score results
    4. Verifying if a learner is being truthful about where they are located within the course
