Step-By-Step Instructions
Login to your RefReps Instructor account (https://learn.refreps.com/login)
Click on the “Manage Learners” icon. The second icon on the far left-hand side.
Once in “Manage Learners”, navigate to the individual you would like to delete.
Located in the bottom right of the learners actions will be a trash can icon, indicating “Delete Learner”.
Clicking “Delete” will have a window popup asking you to confirm or cancel your decision.
Confirm to delete a learner from your active roster. The learner will be permanently removed.
Note:
There are two scenarios that will happen when deleting learners:
Scenario 1: Learner has not progressed past the first module in the course(s).
- Once a learner is deleted, the learner will be removed from the learner roster, course(s) will be removed from the learner, and the seat(s) will be re-applied to your organization.
Scenario 2: Learner has progressed past the first module in the course(s).
- Once a learner is deleted, the learner will be removed from the learner roster, course(s) will remain with the learner, and the seat(s) will be consumed.

Why Would an Instructor Delete Learners
The Delete functionality is provided to help instructors clear out learners that are no longer active in their specific organization. Below we have provided a list of different reasons hundreds of instructors across the nation have utilized the Delete functionality in their instructing role.
- To clear learner roster before the start of the next class
- To remove a learner that dropped out
- To remove a learner account that does not have the correct account information
- To remove duplicate learner accounts from clustering the learner roster
