Step-By-Step Instructions

1. Login to your RefReps Instructor portal (https://learn.refreps.com/login)

2. Click on the “Manage learners” icon.

3. Once in “Manage Learners”, navigate to the individual of interest.

4. Select “Certificates” on the learner actions.

5. Upon clicking “Certificates”, the learners account will open with the completed RefReps Officiating Education Course Certificate, if any have been obtained.  

6. To download their certificate, click the folder icon located to the right of the course.
   
   

Tips and Tricks

Celebrate the Wins!

Now that instructors can view and download their learner's certificates of completion, they are printing them off and giving physical hard copies of their learners!
