Instructions for High School Students to complete their OHSAA Certification

The OHSAA and RefReps have partnered to waive certain fees for High School Learners who wish to become a new sports official in Ohio. Please follow the instructions below in order to receive the waived fees.

*Refunds are not provided to those who do not follow instructions properly. 


Instructions for Students 

1. ALL learners have completed the course(s) and received their RefReps certification of completion. 

2. Ensure the step above (1.) is completed 

3. Have all learners register their OHSAA/DragonFly accounts

4. **DO NOT PAY FEE** Charles ([email protected]) will waive your fee for the courses through DragonFly once your instructor has made contact. 

5. After fees are waived, continue with completing and syncing your RefReps tasks in DragonFly.

Instruction for High School Teacher 

1. Email Charles Anderson ([email protected]) an excel roster of the following: 

a. Student First Name 

b. Student Last Name 

c. Email address student used to create DragonFly account. 

d. Sport Course(s) completed in class 

e. Certification of completions for each sport completed 


NOTE: Use this template excel roster and send to Charles Anderson:

If a certification of completion is not provided for a sport, specific to the learner, the fee will not be waived.
