Tips and Tricks

Why Would an Instructor Archive Learners

The Archive functionality is provided to help instructors clear out learners that are currently in limbo.

You might be thinking, "what does "limbo" mean?".

"Limbo" refers to the timeframe where a learner is not in a current class but has the potential of being in one in the future. The archived tab is the "bench" for all temporarily inactive learners in limbo until the instructor wishes to add them back to their active learner roster and proceed with assigning material.

NEXT STEPS (RefReps Recommended)

  1. Checkout learner reporting to keep up with progress
  2. Learn your state officiating licensing process
  3. Purchase more seats
  4. Assign learners their courses
