Accessing Rules & Case Publications as an Instructor

RefReps has partnered with NFHS to deliver official publications for each of RefReps' courses. These supplementary materials will enable both you as an instructor and your learners to follow along with rules while progressing through your modules.

Step-By-Step Instructions for Accessing Publications

1. Login to your RefReps Instructor portal (https://learn.refreps.com/login)
2. Select the 'Publications' tab in the left-hand navigation menu
3. If you do not have an account with NFHS Digital, complete your registration for an account
4. Each current edition of NFHS's Rules, Case, Officials Manuals and more are available from the following menu

Step-By-Step Instructions for Purchasing and Assigning Publications for your Learners

1. Filter to the sport relevant to the courses your learners are working on
2. Select the publication you'd like to start with, like the Rules Book
   
3. Select the Assign & Purchase option
4. Select the learners you want to receive the publication
5. Continue through the checkout process through either an invoice or estimate

Once a publication is in your learner's account, they will be able to open and read it from within RefReps as needed as they progress through a course. Learners can also open a new tab to NFHS Digital directly.

Because different states hold sports during different seasons, multiple years of editions will be available (25-26 Football Rules & 26-27 Football Rules). Be sure to only checkout the publication relevant to your state's active season.
