How to Find and Read the Gradebook

Step-By-Step Instructions

    1. Login to your RefReps Instructor portal (https://learn.refreps.com/login)

    2. Click the “Reports” button located under “Analytics”

1. Select "Filter by Course" to select the course material you would like to view reports for.

2. Scroll down until you locate “Gradebook”

3. You can filter to view learners scores by Highest Score, Average Quiz Score, and First Score Attempted

Note:

• Scores are listed as follows; per learner, per end of module quiz completion and include their overall score at the end of their row.

• The introductory module does not have a quiz and does not count toward the learners overall score.

• If you see a score for one module, that means that the leaner has completed that module and is ready to proceed onto the next module.

How Can I Utilize My Gradebook?

Instructor's around the world utilize their Gradebook to do the following:

• Locate what module a learner is on
• View all modules that have been completed by each learner
• See end of module quiz scores for learners
• Identify overall learner course completion
• Transfer learners grades/reports onto 3rd party LMS (learning management system)
