Tips and Tricks

Practice Adding and Assigning Yourself to Get the Process Down Before Class Starts

Now that you know how to switch from your instructor portal to your learner portal, let's test the process of adding and assigning yourself as a test learner or heck, to get your own licenses!

Instructions

  • Login to your RefReps Instructor portal (https://learn.refreps.com/login)

  • Click on the “Manage Learners” icon, on the far left-hand side.

  • Once in “Manage Learners”, navigate to the middle and click “Add/Invite Learner”

  • Click into the "Custom Link" option

  • Select the link that is housed within and you will automatically be enrolled onto your learner roster. You will appear in your Learner portal

    • Note: For more info on how to send this out to learners in mass, take a look at our How to Add Learners solutions article and scroll down to Tips and Tricks for an email template.
  • Navigate back to Instructor portal where you will be able to see yourself on your learner roster

  • Assigning Yourself Materials

NoteIf you've completed up to this point, you would have experienced exactly what a learner experiences when you add/invite them to your learner roster and when assigning material.

Congratulations, you see both sides now and are prepared to take on your class!
