Step-By-Step Instructions


  1. Login to your RefReps Instructor account (https://learn.refreps.com/login)

  2. Click on the “Educational Courses” icon located under “Content”.

  3. Within Educational Courses you can find each course your organization manages. Within each course you can View Material, Course Settings, and Reports.


View Material Includes:

  • Course Length
  • Learning Points
  • Course Resources
    • Guest Speaker Guidelines
    • Instructor Guide (pacing for the course)
    • Course Outline (More in-depth on the modules)
  • Course Content
    • Videos in each module
    • Example Plays in each module
    • End of Module Quizzes and their correct answers

Course Settings Includes:

  1. Edit number of end of module Quiz Attempts

  2. Edit minimum percentage score required to pass end of module Quizzes

  3. Allow notifications on when learners fail a quiz

  4. Allow learners to view the answers to missed questions


Course settings can be set per course or set the settings once and have them apply to all sports within Global Course Settings. 



Note: RefReps automatically sets our course standard of 3 attempts to pass with a 70% minimum on each end of module quiz, while also being provided the questions answered incorrectly on the prior attempt. Learners will not be able to proceed onto the next module without passing the end of module quiz. Additionally, the end of module quiz cannot be accessed until all videos have been watched in full.


Reports Includes:

  1. Learner View Details, which provides reporting on individual learner's quiz attempts and quiz responses.
  2. Learner Grade Book, which provides a broad overview of where your learns are located within the course.
