Video Instructions




Step-By-Step Instructions

  1. Login to your RefReps learner account (https://learn.refreps.com/login)

  2. You will begin on your dashboard. Your dashboard includes information such as:

    1. A search bar to look up resources easily

    2. The number of courses you are assigned

    3. The number of courses you have not yet began

    4. A to-do list

    5. Recent Activity

      1. This will update based on courses/pov videos you have previously clicked into

    6. Announcements and news

  3. Your dashboard can be organized to display information you deem most relevant at the top. Follow the steps below to re-organize it. 

    1. Hover mouse over the 6 dots located next to the section name

    2. Click and drag the widget to your desired location

  4. Notifications can be found within the bell icon. 

  5. Educational Courses will display all of the courses you have been assigned. 

  6. Courses can be displayed based off of:

    1. All

    2. Not started

    3. Incomplete 

  7. Each course will display:

    1. The instructor

    2. The organization

    3. Your progress

  8. A course can be started or continued by clicking on the course.

  9. Supplemental Video Packs are where you can find your assigned POV Video Trainings. To begin or continue a video training, click on the video. 

  10. Under Exams you can locate tests from your state association. Note: Not all state associations utilize this feature. 

  11. Learning Activities Includes: 

    1. Writing Assignments

    2. Flash Cards

    3. Drag & Drop Puzzle

  12. Resources includes material such as: 

    1. Manuals

    2. Articles

    3. Link to Honigs, our preferred referee equipment provider

  13. This material can either be viewed or downloaded. 

  14. Additional courses can be purchased within the Marketplace. 

    1. Note: We recommend speaking with your instructor about the available courses before making a purchase. 

  15. Profile will display all of your personal information such as: 

    1. Email

    2. Phone Number

    3. Password

  16. The question mark icon located in the bottom right corner, is where you can access the help center. Hover over the icon to display:

    1. Support Center Solution Articles

    2. Submit a Support Ticket

    3. Take a screenshot of your page

    4. Note: We recommend browsing our solution articles as you may be able to resolve your issue more quickly. If you are unable to solve the issue, feel free to submit a support ticket.
