Logging Into RefReps with ClassLink or Google SSO
RefReps supports single sign-on (SSO), so you can log in with your existing Google or ClassLink account instead of creating a separate RefReps password. This article walks through both options.
Before You Start
- Make sure the Google or ClassLink account you plan to use is the same one associated with your RefReps account (or the one your organization has connected to RefReps).
- You'll need your district or organization's ClassLink login page if you're using the ClassLink option.
Option 1: Sign In with Google
- Go to the RefReps login page at https://learn.refreps.com/login.
- Click Sign in with Google.
- In the Google account picker, select the Google account you want to use. If you're not already signed in to Google, enter your email and password when prompted.
- Google will redirect you back to RefReps, and you'll land on your Dashboard with a confirmation message that says "Signed in with Google."
That's it — no separate RefReps password needed.
Option 2: Continue with ClassLink
- Go to the RefReps login page at https://learn.refreps.com/login.
- Click Continue with ClassLink.
- On the "Find your login page" screen, do one of the following:
- Type your school or district's name into the search bar to locate your organization's ClassLink login page.
- Click Use My Location to find nearby districts automatically.
- Click Use QuickCard if your district issued you a ClassLink QuickCard.
- Select your organization from the search results. You'll be taken to your district's ClassLink login page.
- Sign in with your ClassLink credentials (this may be a username/password, a badge scan, or another method your district has set up).
- Once authenticated, ClassLink will redirect you back to RefReps and log you in automatically.
Troubleshooting
Can't find your login page in ClassLink? Click Login Here on the "Find your login page" screen for alternate sign-in options.
Signed in but don't see your content? Confirm you used the same Google or ClassLink account your organization has linked to RefReps, then contact your RefReps administrator if the issue continues.
Landed on the wrong account in Google? On the account picker screen, choose Use another account to sign in with a different Google account.
Need More Help?
