State Exam: Missed Questions Review

NOTE: Not all states participate in providing learners access to their missed questions. This is up to the discretion of the state, NOT RefReps.

Step-By-Step Instructions

Login to your RefReps account (https://learn.refreps.com/login)
Navigate to the “Exam” tab located on the left-hand side.
Click into the exam you would like to view your score and/or missed for.
Your exam score will be displayed in the middle of the screen.
To view missed questions, click the arrow located under the score toward the right side of the submission date.

NOTE: If you have attempts remaining, you can click “Retake Exam”

Tips and Tricks

Review Master

There are many things one can do to become a "Review Master" and RefReps certainly doesn't know what those things are, exactly BUT we recommend a couple ideas that have helped a lot of the learners and instructors utilizing the RefReps OES!

Individual Review: Jump into your past exam attempts and see what caught you by surprise so you're not lacking that critical information when it matters most. After noting your questions, jump back into your course and review to ensure you're fully grasping the concepts.

Instructor & Learner Review: Schedule a meeting with your instructor either in person or virtually (Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, etc.) to go over the questions that the learner had difficulties with. Collaborate on methods for helping the learner retain the information that may have not stuck the first time.
