How RefReps Seats Work

The Walk-Through

• Seats are not tied to a learner or sport. Only courses assigned.
  
• Seats are removed per course assigned.

Example: 
If Jim wants to take the football and basketball course and you assign the two courses, that would consume two seats.

• Seats do not expire. Once you have made your purchase of seats, they rollover continuously.
• The option to remove a course from a learner is available until the learner progresses past the first module in the course. At which point the seat will be consumed .

Example: 

Jim decides later he does not want to take the basketball course. Simply check to see if Jim has "Remove" or "Consumed" for this course. If applicable, select the "Remove" and the seat for that course will be reapplied to your account.

If Jim has completed the first module, his status will update to “Consumed” and a seat cannot be added back to your account.

• There are two options to add seats to your instructor portal. 

  • Option 1: Click on the chair button located in the top right corner

  • Option 2: Click “Settings” located in the bottom left. Next click “Seats”

Note:
If you delete a learner who has consumed a seat, that seat will NOT reapplied. If a learner has NOT consumed the seat and they are deleted, the seat will be reapplied automatically.
