1. Review the Dashboard and select out of the three functions:
a. Select Sport
- Once a sport is selected, the You Make The Call challenge will launch and details will be provided.
b. Learn more about RefReps
- Selecting this will launch an information page about RefReps.
c. Learn more about becoming an official
- A form will populate to be filled out for state specific sports officiating information.
Tips & Tricks
If you are using a RefReps Kiosk for an event here are some helpful tips & tricks that may help you out when setting up!
Tip #1) Make sure you have enough room for a line of backed up users so it doesn't block the flow of passing spectators.
Tip #2) Make sure you get enough RefReps Kiosk to avoid bottlenecking.
What is bottlenecking? : Related to the RefReps kiosk, a bottleneck is when a line of people starts to build up because there are not enough kiosk available for people to not wait in line.
An example would be if you were waiting to place an order on a McDonalds kiosk and there was only 1 kiosk available and you're in a line of 10 people. If there were 5 kiosks, there would be assumed that there are 2 people per kiosk, which will keep the flow of people consistent and controled while increasing experience reviews.
