How to Reset Password

Can't remember your password or need to create one to login?

1. On the login Page (https://learn.refreps.com/login), is a link that says “Forgot Password”.
2. Click this and you will be prompted to input your email to receive a verification code.
3. If you do not receive an email, you can input your phone number to receive the verification code via text.
4. Input and verify this code
5. You can now reset your password.

Do you know your current password but want to change it to something new?

Learner Portal

1. Login to your account. (https://learn.refreps.com/login)

2. From the dashboard, navigate to the “Profile” tab on the left hand side toward the bottom.

3. Click “Password”.

4. Create your new password. 

Instructor Portal

1. Instructors can change their password by clicking the picture icon in the top right. 
2. Click “Profile”. 
3. Click “Password”.
4. Create your new password.
