Progression Issue

Typically when approaching progression issues, we troubleshoot with the options below and one of these resolves the issues you're facing.


Option 1.)

  1. Sign out of your account

  2. Clear your internet cache & cookies

  3. Log back in and attempt to continue


Option 2.)

  1. Sign out of your account

  2. Open a "Private Window" on your device

  3. Log back in and attempt to continue


Option 3.)

  1. Sign out of your account

  2. Open a different web browser (Chrome, Safari, FireFox, etc)

  3. Log back in and attempt to continue


Option 4.)

      1. Sign out of your account

      2. Attempt login in via a different device


Option 5.)
