Tips and Tricks

Checking Learner Understanding

As a RefReps Instructor you have to ability to not only check the progress of learners but you can view each learners module quiz results, number of attempts made on each quiz, and the specific questions missed on each attempt.

This provides insight into how your learners are digesting the information being taught and where potential topics can have refreshers before continuing on with the course.

Is a Learner Stuck on a Quiz?

NOTE: Keep in mind that if you have made edits to your "Course Settings", this may vary for you.

It's not a matter of "if" a learner will fail a quiz and use all their attempts but a matter of "when". Learners can sometimes get ambitious and fly through a quiz without thinking they may need to focus, which can cause them to fail all their attempts on a Module Quiz and become "stuck"/unable to proceed with the course. This is where they may reach out to you on how to proceed.

Simply check learners quiz attempts and results to gain insight to the issues being faced and of the instructor's discretion, they can choose to allow the learner to retake the quiz or to contact RefReps Support to provide a course reset.
