STEP 1.) Visit https://learn.refreps.com/forgot

STEP 2.) Input your email associated with your account

STEP 3.) Select the button labeled Send Verification Code

STEP 4.) Check your email for your passcode and input

**IF YOU DID NOT RECEIVE THE EMAIL**

STEP 4.1.) Select the I didn't receive the email button and you will be prompted to input your phone number

STEP 4.2.) You will receive a text passcode to input

STEP 5.) Create your new password
